Traditional brokers endorse particular investments because they receive commissions for selling them to clients. In many cases, a broker's entire income is commission based, and he/she may even try to increase trading to increase personal revenue. This is referred to as "churning" an account, and can be avoided by investing with fee-only advisors who cannot receive commissions of any kind from anyone.
We are a fee-only advisor.
We do not make commissions, so we have no conflict of interest in serving you!
GeaSphere LLC operates under a fee only business model, which means that we charge a small percentage of a client's total assets under management for the ongoing management of the client's account(s). We do not receive commissions of any kind from clients or third party product/service providers, therefore we only buy and sell investments in a way that we believe will benefit our clients. Since we are not brokers, we will never offer a financial "product" to our clients. Our product is intangible. It is the wisdom that we have accumulated from our years of experience managing assets.

We are a Registered Investment Advisor firm (RIA), which means that we are required to act in the full capacity of our role as a Fiduciary. As a fiduciary, we are obliged to make investment decisions that are in the best interests of our clients. As an RIA, we are required by law to disclose any conflicts of interest that we may have in serving you. Since we manage the assets, there is no conflict of interest in serving you.
